Leni Ward is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer who fuses elements of electronica and orchestral arrangements to create accessible beat-laiden tracks with a dark edge. Her 2008 album, Body, written and recorded in one year at her own studio, is a true solo effort, on which Leni is the producer, recording engineer and only performer.

Live, Leni reproduces her intricate, multilayered tracks using a complex combination of gadgets, controlling 3 or 4 instruments simultaneously.

Leni has played over 60 gigs around the country, including at the Secret Garden Party festival, Kerrang's Youth Festival (Coventry), Norwich Arts Centreand the Universities of Lancaster and Warwick. She has also supported Jim Bob of Carter USM and appeared on local and university radio.
